Rolfing® Rates

Ten sessions are recommended to experience full benefits of Rolfing®

Individual sessions are helpful as well. Post ten series sessions are considered advanced sessions.

Rolfing Session - Single Session - $180
Package of Three Sessions - $490

Each Rolfing session includes, interview, postural assessment, table work and movement education. Sessions typically last about 75 minutes.

Craniosacral Therapy - $110

This work allows the body to relax and find deep rest and reset. This work is typically very calming, quiet and healing. Craniosacral Therapy is also incorporated into all Rolfing sessions with me.

Infant Bodywork - $100
Mommy and Baby Session - $280

This allows for one hour for baby and a session for mom.

Meet Apollo

The office miniature poodle. He will be glad to meet you and will usually be in a deep relaxed state while we work. He only works part time.
